Stratton Business Consult was approached by a market leader in the supply and trade of components for the furniture industry with the problem of systematizing the work of a newly created external sales department. The consultants regulated the department's work, structured the sales process, and developed recommendations regarding sales plan and manager’s performance evaluation. They carried out training and coaching for the department's staff.
