A company producing gates, doors and windows approached our consulting company with the problem of automating sales and order processing. Our consultants in cooperation with the automators analyzed the company’s customers and internal business processes. Consultants detected the bottlenecks and optimized the business process, making it both client-oriented and efficient. Based on the updated process, automation of customer relations on the basis of CRM was carried out. The company’s staff was trained to work in the program. When implementing such projects, it is necessary to take into account the overall level of employees’ digital skills development and to take measures to reduce the resistance of employees to change.
