Strengthening the capacity of the international project’s employees on strategic planning skills

Non-governmental organizations working with the UNDP Strong and Inclusive Parliamentary Democracy project need to sharpen their strategic planning skills just as much as business organizations do. Our consultants developed and adapted the training materials for nonprofit organizations to meet the needs of the audience and conducted the training using interactive methods. Participants noted the practical benefits of the training and their willingness to apply the skills they have learned to the strategic planning process in their organizations.
