A chain of shoe stores
A chain of shoe stores aimed to scale. To do this, the company had to determine its positioning. Our consultants conducted a consumer research by region. Based on the analysis, a marketing strategy was developed. There was assistance in staff recruitment and training, the assortment matrix and merchandizing rules were developed.
