Growth points for the Issyk-Kul region

Our consulting company has won a tender of the Office of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Issyk-Kul region to assess the industries of the Issyk-Kul region, to prepare business plans, industry clusters, investment lots and other analytical documents. During this consulting project, the initial situation in each of the industries of the Issyk-Kul region was studied: statistical data, structured interviews with experts and key players of the industries were conducted. Strengths and weaknesses, as well as threats and opportunities for each of the industries were identified. As a result, of this project, key areas of regional development were identified. We proposed to focus on them in order to make progress in the economy of the region. Several investment lots, business plans and descriptions of industry clusters for the selected key areas were also developed.
