Our company in a collaboration with another consulting company developed a Go-To-Market strategy for a garment company from Kyrgyzstan to enter the German market. After analyzing the large and complex garment market in Germany. Our consultants suggested an inexpensive way to enter and test the new market considering company’s capabilities. Our consultants are former entrepreneurs themselves, so they always offer the most effective and efficient ways to try out a new market. During this project, the consultants studied market trends, possible business models, and needs of different market segments. As a result, they proposed a strategy that best met the company’s goals and capabilities. A brand story and a detailed algorithm were developed to enter the German market.
