Business-planning training

We were approached by the project “3.2.1-Start!”, implemented by “Youth Development Institute” public foundation, with the task to develop training on business planning for young entrepreneurs. In the shortest possible time, we adapted the previously developed material to the needs of this audience. Participants of the training were pleasantly surprised with the format of the training that allowed them to work on each part of their business plan in practice step by step and to feel all nuances of financial planning, analysis of consumer preferences and finding a competitive advantage for their product.
