A company, which sends the students for studying abroad, turned to us and asked to help them improve their marketing. During the project, we studied the company’s clients and their needs, the competitors, and their ways of promotion. As a result, a marketing strategy of the company and sales system were developed. The consultants defined the content of services’ packages for different countries. The price was calculated and a sales plan for different packages was made. Our consultants together with client developed a plan of action to achieve company’s goals.
