    Stratton Business Consult, a strategic consulting company in Central Asia, was established in 2016 and brings together experienced consultants in strategy, marketing and sales, organizational development, process re-engineering, and financial management. We are well aware of the challenges that business faces in Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and other Central Asian countries, and we know how to address them. Because we are not only consultants, we are entrepreneurs who created businesses from scratch. Our consultants studied business at leading universities in Great Britain, Germany and Kyrgyzstan, and implemented consulting projects both in Kyrgyzstan and in Europe. Increased problems of climate change and environmental pollution in the region of Central Asia prompted our company to cooperate with our European partners to provide energy audit services according to the European standard EN 16247 and services on the design of renewable energy facilities. We believe that the widespread application of resource-saving technologies in small and medium-sized businesses will make a tangible contribution to reducing business costs for energy, as well as slowing down climate change that leads to drought and desertification in the Central Asian region.

    Managing Partner/Director, Senior Consultant on Strategy and Marketing

    Consultant with more than 20 years of experience in strategic management and marketing, sales and startups. Nazgul founded three companies in advertising, furniture and business training. She received her MBA at Mannheim Business School (Germany), had business internships in the USA and the Czech Republic. She implemented projects on business model development, strategy, and new product launch in Kyrgyzstan and Germany. Nazgul has consulted more than 100 companies in various sectors of Kyrgyzstan on strategic marketing, sales management, and business strategy. She is fluent in Kyrgyz, Russian, English and German.

    An experienced financial management consultant, Ulan has over 15 years of experience in banking and microfinance institutions. He worked as a consultant on the World Bank project on lending. Developed more than 50 business plans for companies in various sectors to obtain funding from international financial institutions. He has been involved in setting up management accounting and control in many private companies and lending institutions. Ulan has experience in risk management and expertise in software used in financial sector. Ulan graduated from the Manas University and received an MBA from the Academy of Management under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic. He is fluent in Kyrgyz, Russian, English, and Turkish.
