Training of trainers (ToT) Program on Business Planning

Our consultants have developed and conducted a training of trainers on business planning commissioned by the German Sparkassenstiftung for International Cooperation in the Kyrgyz Republic (Germany). The aim of the project was to prepare a group of trainers for further dissemination of the acquired knowledge among the population of the Issyk-Kul region in the framework of their entrepreneurial skills training. In the course of the project a 5-day training of future trainers was carried out, the participants gradually went through the whole process of developing a business plan from market research to financial planning. After the training, our consultants attended and observed the workshops conducted by the newly trained coaches and, based on that, developed a trainer’s manual for conducting such trainings in the future. Representation of Sparkassenstiftung in the the Kyrgyz Republic highly appreciated the quality of work of our consultants.
