The chain of shoe stores aimed to scale. Before this, the company had to determine its positioning. During the consulting project, market research by region was conducted. It showed regional difference in the customers’ perception. Therefore, consultants offered a new positioning statement for northern branch of the company. Our consultants developed a new marketing strategy and helped to implement it. They helped to develop a new concept of the store from brand naming up to the coordination of interior designers. Our consultants also helped with staff recruiting and training, assortment optimization, and merchandizing. The result of this consulting project was a complete marketing repositioning and change in the appearance of the stores, improved merchandising, and sales growth.
